Brief Introduction to the invention

We conclude two principles of water treatment--gravitation and biological oxidation, which are the bases of all new technologies. We invented high temperature oxidation catalysis. It would not only reduce chemical energy biologically untreatable in seconds, but remove chemical oxygen demand (CODcr) for an instant. Then it will carry out a rapid and low-cost industrial wastewater treatment with high difficulty through stages of high efficient biological oxidation, electroanalysis and ultra filtration.

The degradation of highly-concentrated industrial wastewater, namely highly-concentrated industrial wastewater treatment, is a world problem. Because of complex ingredients of water, there could be various solutions for treatment. Therefore, institutes and environmental protection companies are actively researching and trying to make progress in all directions. But for the sake of economical efficiency, the problem is still unsolved without an established general principle of degradation.

1£ºTechnology of Rapid High Temperature Oxidation can oxidate the wastewater with a high temperature generator in just 3 seconds, and can reduce CODcr difficult to degrade by 50%. Different from humid catalytic oxidation, the technology doesn¡¯t need pressure and reacts in a short time, while humid catalytic oxidation needs 2 hours or so. It can also rapidly separate toxic organic solvents according to their different degrees of volatilization, and can reduce their chemical energy to make low-cost biochemical degradation possible.

2£ºCatalytic oxidation is to choose a kind of compound mineral material, which can invert and absorb organic solvents in wastewater, can make highly concentrated pharmaceutical wastewater react on a blink, and can effectively remove CODcr by 30%. The whole catalysis will complete within 3 seconds in order to lower treatment costs.

3£ºThere are two innovations of traditional biological tower, which are usually taller than 7 meters and some even 22 meters. The invention takes advantage of coiled pipe tower and will bring same effects of valid height of treatment. Given that micro-organisms are electronegative, we choose electropositive materials as biological carrier so as to accelerate the biological culture.

4£ºUnder the condition that pH = 3, we culture acid-tolerant bacteria that can efficiently remove organisms.

5£ºThe method of compound dynamic biological membrane aeration, the air which enriched oxygen with molecular sieve, will increase the percentage of oxygen from 20.9% to between 70% and 99%. It will expend much more energy of oxygen supply for biological culture in order to save more expenses of power by more than 65%. With wind power reducing, we just use a low-noise centrifugal blower rather than Roots blower noising at 85dB(A) or louder. The biological fillings with positive electric charges not only have the feature of rapid culture, but can largely improve the touch between water and micro-organisms in movement. Being jointly affected by biological filings and biological adjuncts, the aeration time could be greatly shortened from 72 hours to between 4 and 6 hours.

6£ºThe rapid treatment of electrolytic oxidation will bring an excellent effect with special metal electrode panels in an electric current of between 2 and 5 amperes. It can further rapidly oxidate residual CODcr difficult to degrade. This part of treatment has been repeatedly tested and proved to be capable of removing 30% of CODcr, and can effectively remove ammonia and nitrogen. Additionally, it will take great effects in sterilization.

7£ºThe structure of frictional diffluence ultra filter makes use of ceramic filter and reverse osmosis membrane to deeply treat wastewater without back washing. This part of treatment can remove about 50~60% of CODcr. One complete treatment system will bring us a qualified value of CODcr. For instance, it could reduce CODcr from 15000mg/l to 30mg/l or less, and qualify for the standard of medium water.

China¡¯s yearly volume of wastewater discharged is 4 million tons, which indicates industrial wastewater treatments with high difficulty. Above all, wastewater of pigmentary factories pollutes most severely and is always treated at high costs with regular methods, which could hardly meet requirements.

China has 6000 pharmaceutical factories or so. The characteristics of the wastewater put out of these factories are complexity of ingredients, high concentration, salinity and toxicity. This kind of wastewater contains various kinds of organic pollutants, which are difficult to be degradated biochemically and will exist in the natural environment for a long time. It is a difficulty and hotspot of water treatment domestically and internationally. To sustainable development, China next year will issue related national standard which has not been available for the sake of high difficulties in treatment. This invented technology offers a good solution to the issue of the standard.

In the industrial development, industrial wastewater has been controlled by park management and the self-treatment of chemical wastewater can now be carried out in pipeline network. There is a bright market prospect of the treatments with high technological difficulties, i.e. chemical wastewater, paper wastewater, tannery wastewater, semiconductor wastewater and metal plating wastewater, etc.

Landfill leachate treatment, which is of high difficulty, is another nationwide key problem.

China firmly prohibits the output of disqualified water. The enterprises, which discharge disqualified water, will be forced to shut down. Those enterprises could hardly put out qualified water because of old treatment techniques.
